1. What kind of human beings do you want to send into todays’ chaotic, conflicted world at
graduation?
The adage "the root of education are bitter but the fruit is sweet" by Aristotle suggests
that the learner must first ascend the stairway full with assessments, lessons, and problems
before reaching the room of success and congratulations.

As a teacher, the type of person I want to graduate my students as is one who is a

problem solver not just someone who notices problems, but someone who will actually try to
find a solution and someone who is motivated to overcome life's obstacles. In addition to being
a problem-finder and problem-solver, a leader must also be an implementer, an organizer, and a
performer. Since tomorrow's leaders will be today's learner. Type of leaders who can carry out
their duties and obligations. can plan and carry out good governance for the benefit of our
nation. A person with a good heart, an eagerness to perform good deeds, and above all, a
person who is good centered, that is, that even when life is difficult, he/she will never forget
God's love and guidance.
Additionally, he/she is a good listener and communicator so that he/she can easily share
the important things that he/she must deliver to the people.

2-3. Are your schools defined and organized to fulfill that goal?
Yes, especially in light of the fact that our institution currently uses outcome-based
education. Like in my entrepreneurship class, the students are practicing their abilities first-
hand. My students were given the assignment to innovate Filipino food. Then they created a
food bazaar with the theme "pagkain sariling atin, mahalin at pagyamanin" for the celebration of
Filipino cuisine month, which is held every April.

Regarding in instruction. My students assigned each topic from the lecturer over the
entire semester. Each student is required to research their own sources for their topic. Students
are responsible for reporting, discussing, and sharing information/lessons in class. The
instructor will add information to each report and discussion to deepen the lesson and relate it to
real-world scenarios. For instance, since we are already in college, the student who is assigned
to the carpentry portion of my course in home economics will demonstrate how to cut the lumber
with a handsaw, join the wood with a hammer and nails, and then I will give them an activity that
is related to real-life situations.

4.What can you contribute so that your school can send in to the world this kind of graduate
Making use of the knowledge I gained through my Master's degree will be my
contribution to the school's ability to produce graduates of this caliber. I'll incorporate it into my
regular teaching strategy. I'll share my experience and a lesson I learned from it. I'll promote and
engage in outcome-based education. I'll employ technology to look for fresh, modern tactics and
pursuits related to the material I'm dealing. When designing my methods, I shall seek the advice
of professionals such educational doctors. In order to provide parents, the opportunity to hear
about what their children have learned and how they are doing in school, I will recommend and
put into practice organizing a conference for parents and kids, as Sister Felicitas did. So that
parents can find out about the lessons their kids have learnt and how well they are doing in
school. Without parental support, teachers struggle to help children learn and flourish.
