14(A) of Foreigners Act & Parul Akhtar U/s
120(B), 212, 370 of IPC, U/s 14(C) of Foreigners
Act .
Perused the same.
Cognizance of offence punishable U/s
120(B) of IPC, U/s 03 of IPP Act, U/s 14(A) of
Foreigners Act is taken against the accused persons
namely Easin Hawlader, Mahammad Hasan, Sukur Ali
Hawlader, Farjana Akhtar, Rumi Begam, Nayan
Hossain, Md Matiur Mandal & U/s 120(B), 212, 370
of IPC, U/s 14(C) of Foreigners Act is taken against
the accused person namely Parul Akhtar.
Register the case as PRC(WP) case in
my file.
The instant case is withdrawn from my
file and is transferred to the Court of Ld. Judicial
Magistrate 1st Class, Court No. 2, Agartala , West
Tripura, for disposal as per law.
Send the case record to the Court of Ld.
Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Court No. 2, Agartala,
West Tripura after observing all legal formalities.
