Dear Elene Martinez,

I hope you are well and in good spirits as I write this letter. I'm contacting the Institute of
Computing to seek my Certificate of On-the-Job Training (OJT) completion. I am
thankful for the priceless experiences I had throughout my OJT as a recent graduate of
the Bachelor of Information Technology program, and I think the certificate will
demonstrate my commitment to the profession and my level of competence.

Recently, I received an offer from XI’s Cybersecurities, and as part of their recruiting
paperwork, they asked to see a copy of my OJT completion certificate. For me to move
on with completing my work arrangements, it is imperative that I receive the certificate
as soon as possible.

Under the direction of Albert Einstien, I finished my OJT at PatotoyaWeb from April 10,
2023 to June 10, 2023. I was able to put the theoretical information and skills I had
learned in school to use in real-world situations during this time, which greatly improved
my comprehension of business procedures and honing my professional abilities.

I respectfully ask for your help in making it possible for my Certificate of OJT completion
to be issued as soon as possible. Please do not hesitate to let me know if there are any
special steps or paperwork I need to supply in order to speed up this process, and I
would be happy to oblige.

I really appreciate your consideration of this subject. I am grateful for all of your help
and advice over my academic career, and I know that the abilities and information I
gained from the Bachelor of Information Technology program will be useful to me going
forward.
