commitment to upholding the rules and regulations of the school and maintaining discipline in all aspects
of my school life.

In consideration of the foregoing, and in order to demonstrate my dedication to personal growth and
academic excellence, I hereby voluntarily and irrevocably undertake as follows:

1. I shall abide by all school rules and regulations, including but not limited to adhering to the prescribed
school uniform code, maintaining proper grooming standards such as a neat haircut, and refraining from
any form of disrespectful behavior towards teachers, staff, or fellow students.

2. I commit to actively monitoring my behavior and making responsible choices in my interactions with
others and my conduct within the school premises.

3. I pledge that I shall not engage in any acts of indiscipline, including but not limited to verbal or
physical aggression, disruptive behavior, bullying, ragging, fighting, or any actions that undermine the
integrity and order of the school community.

4. I shall not bring smart phones, smart watches, or any other digital electronic devices to school. I
understand that these items are strictly prohibited, and if I am found using or in possession of such
devices, they will be confiscated by the school authorities and will not be returned.

5. As a day scholar, I understand that I am not permitted to ride two-wheelers while wearing the school
uniform. I shall comply with this rule to safeguard my safety and adherence to school policies.

6. We acknowledge that any type of intoxicants, including but not limited to weed, vapes, drugs
(Narcotics and Psychotropic substances), and tobacco products, are strictly prohibited. If our child is
found in possession of or using any such substances, the school is authorized to take any necessary
disciplinary action, including rustication.

7. I shall converse in English at home, within the school premises, and while commuting to and from
school, to enhance my language skills and promote effective communication.

8. I shall respect school property, including furniture and equipment. If I am found to have damaged or
destroyed any school property, I understand that the cost of repair or replacement will be borne by my
parents or myself, and we shall have no objection whatsoever to this obligation.
9. I understand that I shall not form or be part of any union or group against the school management or
teachers, nor shall I show any form of organized resentment.

10. I understand that if I am unable to fulfill my responsibilities as a student, the school is free to take any
necessary disciplinary action deemed appropriate. I accept that these actions may include, but are not
limited to, suspension, expulsion, counseling, or any other measures necessary for the well-being of
myself and the school community.

11. I am well informed about the rules of promotion as laid down by the school and the AICSE. I shall not
exert undue pressure on the school management or teachers to secure promotion or alteration in marks.

12. I acknowledge the importance of effective communication between students and school authorities,
and I shall promptly address any concerns raised by the school regarding my behavior or adherence to
school rules.

This undertaking is executed voluntarily and without any duress or coercion. I affirm that I fully
understand the expectations outlined herein and that it is my sincere intention to contribute positively to
the school community and to my own personal development.
