A RESOLUTION

APPROVING ADDENDUM NO. 6 TO THE ANNUAL

INVESTMENT PROGRAM CY 2024 OF THE CITY OF
GUIHULNGAN, NEGROS ORIENTAL.

WHEREAS, presented for consideration is Resolution No. 2024-01 of the Local

Development Council recommending to the Sangguniang Panlungsod the approval of
Addendum No. 6 to the Annual Investment Program of CY 2024 of the Local
Government Unit of Guihulngan City, Negros Oriental the appropriation of the
Unappropriated Surplus CY 2023 (General Fund Proper) in the amount of One
Hundred Twenty-Nine Million Eight Hundred Ninety-Four Thousand Seven Hundred
Twenty-Three Pesos (P129,894,723.00) for various expenses under the different
offices of the City;

WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Panlungsod Members find the expenditure

necessary for the operation of the City Government of Guihulngan, Negros Oriental;

NOW, THEREFORE, on motion of Hon. _________________, duly seconded

by Hon. _______________________, the Sangguniang Panlungsod of the City of
Guihulngan, Negros Oriental

RESOLVES, as it is resolved, to approve Addendum No. 6 to the Annual

Investment Program CY 2024 of the City of Guihulngan, Negros Oriental.
