segregation and sorting. Identify any gaps in public participation and compliance with segregation
guidelines. Evaluate the adequacy of segregation infrastructure and any gaps in awareness
programs or enforcement mechanisms.

4. Recycling and Resource Recovery: Evaluate the existing recycling initiatives, facilities, and
programs implemented within your municipality. Assess the effectiveness of recycling
infrastructure and identify any gaps in terms of capacity, participation rates, or material

recovery efficiency. Identify opportunities for improving recycling programs and expanding
recycling streams.

potential impact of integrating technology to improve waste management operations.

11. Monitoring and Evaluation: Evaluate the existing monitoring and evaluation systems for waste
management initiatives. Identify any gaps in data collection, reporting mechanisms, or
