Our project E&P Community Farms is an AIC-RMP incubated Social Enterprise that is working on efficient
management of organic waste. We are part of UNDP Youth Co: Lab, Stanford Graduate School led Seed Spark
program and Project Aasha of London Business School.

Our motive is to achieve a Circular Economy Model in Organic Solid Waste Management by aiming at ‘Net
Zero Organic Waste’ and creating sustainable livelihood opportunities.

In this connection we are in collaboration with Postle (sustainable packaging solutions provider) and are
hoping to implement our project in the city of Srinagar. We request you to give us the opportunity to be part
of your municipal corporation’s organic waste management. By using BSF Larvae processing technology, we
have a processing capacity to process about 500 TPD of organic waste. We request you to give us an
opportunity to set up 10 pilot processing units to manage about 1 TPD of wet waste generated in your Srinagar
facility in a decentralized manner.

We propose to provide BSF Larvae processing units at the following prices,

• Purchase - Rs. 25,000 for a unit of processing capacity 100 kg per Day
• Monthly Larvae Provision - Rs. 1,800 for a unit
• Manpower Requirement - Rs. 34,000 for 1 person for an year

Our units will process organic waste into Organic Compost and Liquid fertilizer (Vermi Wash) using Black
Soldier Fly Larvae. We incorporate technology to track and monitor our activities to make the system more
productive and reliable. We follow full environmental compliance in our operating procedures, quality, and
effectiveness.

In order to further this initiative, we have interacted with a few bulk waste generators in the city of Srinagar.
