I invite kind attention to the references cited and I am to state that the Divisional Officers
have filed requisition in the references 1 to 3 cited and requested to provide buses for Mobilising
the Public from various corners of their Divisions in view of the visit of the Hon’ble Chief Minister of
A.P., on 30.12.2016.

In this connection, I request to provide 450 to 500 buses to mobilize the public on
30.12.2016 as proposed by the Divisional Officers and confirm the total no. of buses to be supplied
in advance.

It is to be informed that the RDOs are authorized to place requisition for supply of buses on
behalf of the undersigned, as the authority is busy with the preparatory work.

It is further informed that the expenditure incurred towards transportation will be paid
from the office of the undersigned.
