I. Introduction:

Koronadal Proper Elementary School continued to aim high. One reason is the School
Based Management (SBM) level of practice. The school together with its school head, teachers
and stakeholders worked hard for the achievement, improvement and growth of the institution.
Thus, School Based Management (SBM) District Evaluation was Conducted.

II. Objectives:
1. Showcase School Based Management (SBM) best practices of Koronadal Proper Elementary
School.
2. Had technical assistance from the District SBM Evaluators.
3. Developed good camaraderie with stakeholders.

III. Participants:
SBM District Evaluators, School Head, Principle Chairpersons, Co-Chairpersons and Teachers.

IV. Activities:
Different activities were conducted such as :
1. Orientation about School Based Management (SBM) validation.
2. Introduction of the District Evaluators.
3. Evaluation of documents.
4. Giving of recommendation and technical assistance.

V. Conclusion:
The School Based Management District Evaluation was conducted successfully.
