Greetings!
In accordance with the REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7079 known as the Campus Journalism Act which purpose is to
provide development and promotion of campus journalism in schools, the school will be needing to form its
Campus Journalism Editorial Board. In line with this, I am asking the cooperation of all the Faculty
members for the dissemination of the following announcement.

Announcement:
The school publication is looking for student writers, cartoonists, photographers, and layout artists that are
interested to be part of this school year’s school publication editorial board. The schedule of the screening will
be on August 13, 2019, Monday, at the SBM ROOM. Interested applicants may get their application form
at the Female Faculty Room at 12:40 to 2:40, Mondays to Fridays.

I also request that the students who will participate on the said screening will be excused from their classes
during the stated time period. I will provide the students an excuse letter after the screening that they will
present to you as a confirmation of their participation.
