Rules and Regulations

1. Promotion to the next class will depend on the whole year's performance and the
weightage for the three terminal examinations will be 30%, 30% and (30%+10%)
respectively.
2. The Pass percentage for Classes IV, V, and VI is 45%. respectively for each subject.

3. The Pass Percentage for Classes VIIth to XIIth is 50% respectively for each subject.

4. A student who fails in either English Language or in any two other subjects shall not be
promoted to the next class.
5. There is no provision for special exams, re-tests or promotion on trial.

6. Any student found using unfair means during an exam will be debarred from the exam
and the marks for the same shall be annulled.
7. A pupil who is detained in the same class for two successive years will be struck off the
school roll/issued a T.C. from the school.
8. Reports will not be issued if there are any arrears in payment of fees.
9. Any information, circular, or content in the prospectus contrary to the above rules is
not applicable.
10. '*' Denotes a failure in the concerned subject.
