 WELLNESS PROGRAM

The teaching and non-teaching personnel, together with the learners of Andres Gumban
Memorial National High School will have a physical exercise once a week during flag ceremony.
The purpose of this activity is to make everyone physically fit and healthy in order to be active
and participative in all school activities. Aside from that, the school will conduct a symposium
regarding mental health awareness. During this activity, the school will invite a resource
speaker/s that are expert to this kind of program.
Further, the school will also invite speakers from Barangay/Municipal Health Workers
who will share their knowledge and expertise regarding health issues and proper nutrition
especially to those learners who are malnourished.

 PARENTS/GUARDIANS

Learning does not only takes place in school but it started at home. With this principle,
the school will encourage the parents/guardians to facilitate the learning process of their children
while they are in their respective houses with the use of Weekly Home Learning Plan as their
guide in accomplishing their self-learning modules. Parents/guardians should also constantly
monitor the learning performance of their children by attending Quarterly Homeroom PTA
Meeting.

COMMUNICATION PLAN

 With regards of communication plan between teachers and learners, all teachers are encourage to
create group chats or any social media platforms so that they can easily follow up the learners
under the subject they are handling. For learners who don’t have any gadgets or living in a far
flung areas, the teacher will send a letter to the parents using their own vernacular so that it can
be easily understood. In this way, the teacher can also give follow ups to the learners who are
considered as SARDO’s (Students at Risk of Dropping Out). The school planned to tap the
Barangay Officials to help in sending important information about school concerned to the
resident living in that particular community.

 The faculty and staff of Andres Gumban Memorial National High School has a group chat for
general information. There is also a group chat intended for all class advisers only for information
that are exclusive to them especially classroom matters.

 The school will also put a tarpaulin at the entrance area where the contact information of all
school program coordinators are indicated.

 The school will also utilize our facebook page “The Igsinia” where all important updates,
activities conducted or to be conducted are posted on it. The school will rest assured that all
comments and queries will be given immediate during school days response.
