NOTICE TO COLLECT CERTIFICATES

Dear Parents,

Warm greetings!

We hope this circular finds you in good health and high spirits. We are writing to
provide you with an important update regarding the distribution of the Transfer
Certificate and Conduct Certificate for the students of batch 2023-24 who have
successfully completed their studies.

We are pleased to inform you that we have received the aforementioned certificates
from the CBSE office. We greatly appreciate your patience and cooperation throughout
this process.

Kindly take note of the following schedule for the distribution of the certificates:

during the specified date and time mentioned above. Mr. Premananda Dash, the
Establishment Executive, will be available to assist you. Please ensure that you bring
your respective Board Admit Card for verification purposes.

Please note that students who have been readmitted to ODM Public School, Sishu
Vihar, Patia, for Class XI are exempt from collecting their Transfer Certificate and
Conduct Certificate.
