Title: Executive – Human Resource

Reports To: Head - HR

Role Purpose

This role involves the execution of HR policies and programs to support the overall business objectives.

KRAs:

1. Enabling HR Planning
• Implement HR strategies aligned with the organization's business & HR goals
• Collaborate with senior management to understand the workforce needs and contribute to the development of
organizational objectives

2. Talent Acquisition and Recruitment


• Oversee the recruitment and selection process, ensuring the acquisition of top talent for the organization
• Implement effective onboarding programs to integrate new employees into the organization
3. Employee Relations
• Manage employee relations issues and provide guidance to employees on HR policies and procedures
• Address and resolve workplace conflicts, disputes, and disciplinary issues
4. Performance Management
• Implement performance management systems to assess employee performance and development with support
of Head-HR
• Work with managers to create and execute performance improvement plans when necessary
5. Training and Development
• Identify training needs and coordinate the development and delivery of training programs
• Support employee career development initiatives and succession planning
6. HR Policy Development and Compliance:
• Develop, update, and communicate HR policies in compliance with legal requirements
• Stay informed about changes in employment laws and regulations and adjust HR policies accordingly

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
• Experience of 1-2 years in employee life cycle management
