With 800m²under a 5 ton Overhead Crane; we have superior handling capabilities

enabling safe and easy lifts:
Machine Shop
Our Machine Shop was originally
established for the manufacture and repair of
Hydraulic Cylinders, however we expanded it
to do machining of any kind. Our Equipment
includes:
o 4x Lathes

o 2x Milling Machines (3 Axis Digital Readout)

o 2x Power Saws2x Pedestal Drilling Machines

o 1x Band Saw
Hydraulics and Pneumatics
Our Services include:
◦ Design, manufacture and installation of Hydraulics and Pneumatic Systems.
◦ Supply of Hydraulic and Pneumatic components such as valves, pumps and motors.
◦ Hydraulic Hoses. (We have our own crimping facility with a comprehensive range of hoses,
fittings and adaptors.
◦ Supply of Hydraulic Steel tube and fittings, Pushlock hose, Copper tubing, Nylon tubing and fittings.
◦ Manufacture and repair of Hydraulic and Pneumatic Cylinders.
◦ Repairs to Hydraulic Valves, Pumps, and Motors.

Hydraulic and Pneumatic Division thus making Turnmill Hydraulics a One Stop shop.

Drawing not limited to our own specialised
equipment.
