GAMES
It is well known that children's play is important for their future, both personal, communicative,
educational, etc... Through play, children form their person, which will later serve them in the
most important aspects of life.
Ortega (1992) argues that children's play is an activity of great potentiality for the development
of learning, which makes it possible for children to investigate their thinking, test their
knowledge and develop it gradually in the interactive use of actions and conversations between
peers.
The game is carried out through language, movement, establishing an interaction between
their peers... and the games that we can propose to the students are through proverbs,
rhymes... and for this the child must make an effort and better little by little their
communicative capacity to be able to be in contact with others.
Personally, I am a music teacher so I like to reinforce games with songs where children have to
pay attention to intonation, imagination and expression, among other things. It is important to
do games everyday due to childrens will feel more motivated and the teacher will be closest.
Thanks to the games, teachers will discover fundamental aspects of how children they globally
build their social knowledge and their communication skills and even through them you can
find problems of children, of speech, of relating to others...209
