Enagar portal. (Under The Gujarat Town Planning and Urban Development Act 1976 &
Regulation No. 4 of General Control Development Regulation-2017.)

I hereby declare that:

1. I meet with the minimum qualification requirements as specified in Schedule 3A of

CGDCR -2017 and with competence requirements as specified in Regulation No. 4. Of
Part-1, CGDCR-2017.
2. No Authority/Municipal Corporation/ Nagarpalika or any other juridical body has
suspended any licence of mine.
3. I also declare that the documents/information I have provided on Enagar Portal for the
above said application are true and correct. I understand that In case of any
discrepancy/lack of authenticity found in documents/information provided by me, the
authority will be entitled to suspend/cancel my registration, take necessary actions and
forfeit Registration fee, if any.
