AGREEMENT FOR THE PURCHASE AND SALE OF REAL PROPERTY

BETWEEN: [Seller's Name], [Seller's Address] (hereinafter referred to as "Seller")

AND: [Buyer's Name], [Buyer's Address] (hereinafter referred to as "Buyer")

1. Property. The property being sold and transferred is located at [Address of Property] and
is commonly known as [Property Name or Number].

2. Purchase Price. The total purchase price for the property shall be [Dollar Amount].

3. Payment Terms. The Buyer shall pay [Percentage] percent of the purchase price at
closing as a down payment, and the remaining [Percentage] percent shall be paid in
[Number of Payments] equal installments over [Number of Years] years, with interest at
[Interest Rate] percent per annum.

5. Warranty. The Seller warrants that they are the owner of the property and have the right

7. Default. If either party defaults under this agreement, the non-defaulting party shall have
the right to terminate this agreement and recover damages.
8. Governing Law. This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with
the laws of Uganda.
