Purchase and Sale Agreement
1. Property. The property being sold and transferred is located at [Address of Property] and
is commonly known as [Property Name or Number].
2. Purchase Price. The total purchase price for the property shall be [Dollar Amount].
3. Payment Terms. The Buyer shall pay [Percentage] percent of the purchase price at
closing as a down payment, and the remaining [Percentage] percent shall be paid in
[Number of Payments] equal installments over [Number of Years] years, with interest at
[Interest Rate] percent per annum.
4. Closing. The closing of this transaction shall take place on [Date] at [Location].
5. Warranty. The Seller warrants that they are the owner of the property and have the right
to sell it.

7. Default. If either party defaults under this agreement, the non-defaulting party shall have
the right to terminate this agreement and recover damages.
