We produce bare foil for pharmaceutical and food applications. Our product basket includes
cigarette laminate, semi-rigid containers and house foil. Freshwrapp, Superwrap, and
Freshpakk are some of our well-known brands.

Job Responsibilities
 Incoming Coil Sample Checking after Rolling every stage and highlighting defects for correction to
avoid rejection.
 After rolling monitoring seperation of aluminium foil material at Seperator like checking quality
in running by the use of Digital Stroboscope device for catching defects in running machine to
immediate correction and after seperation of every reel checking its final guage and width of
output quality for correct process.
 After Seperation monitoring annealing furnaces for Soft bare foils like checking online running
cycle temperature trend,furnace Health and its survey for monitoring proper metal temperature
to reach.
 Physical & mechanical testing of material as per customer requirements after annealing like UTS
testing,Bursting testing for checking its strength of foil,Dyne testing after annealing for checking
any oil portion remain on surfaces and free fail of material to be ok for good runability at
customer end.
 Responsible for process of material as per customer requirement.
 Decrease the Rejection by Corrective Action Preventive Action (CAPA) and Root Cause
Analysis(RCA)
—To optimize all resources to produce world-class quality product at the right time,in the right
quantity,based on the customer demands.
  Knowledge of Mechanical testing of material.
 Maintaining the quality
 To prepare daily basis Non Conforming material
 By applying KAIZEN, 5S improving the quality of products.
 To maintain 5S on the shop floor.
 To prepare Daily Non-Conformative Report..
