Single live intrauterine pregnancy seen with head lying in lower abdomen.
Fetal movements and cardiac pulsations seen under real time scanning and appear normal.
FHR – 140 BPM
Placenta is fundal and anterior, not low-lying. Placental maturity is grade I. No haematoma or placental separation seen.

Right renal pelvis is mildly dilated.( Right A.P. diameter – 10 mm Left – 4 mm ) No hydronephrosis seen. Ureters are not
dilated. Bladder appears normal.
No obvious fetal congenital anomaly seen.

Amniotic fluid is adequate and uniformly distributed. ( AFI – 12 )
