Achiever’s Productivity Sheet

This is a tool that will help you keep moving forward and find direction to achieve your goals. For this tool to work you need to have
clarity on your goals and your vision.

PART 1
1. Write down your project name (or big ideas you are working on)
2. Under each project, write the goals that you want to achieve for each one (maximum of 3 per project). Ask yourself: What is the
one goal you have to achieve for that project to make you feel fulfilled?
3. What are the 3 action steps that need to happen for you to achieve that goal

Knowing your goal, organize the action steps you need to take in the month.

Write down what you need to do for each action step each week of the month in order to achieve your goal (repeat the process for
all three goals)

Breaking things down will give you direction and certainty, taking the fear and overwhelming away.

Know break the action items into smaller pieces, so you have clarity and certainty on what to do each day of the month in order to
get to the goal. This is a great way to prioritize!
1. Write down the one big win that lets you know each day you are moving forward. The one thing that if you get done, you know
you are moving in the right direction. This will help you identify what activity brings results.
2. Write down the tasks that you need to do daily, the ones that set you up for the big win the next day.
