NOTE - OTHER FEES

Accommodation/Hostel Fees Should be paid once for one Academic year - Hostel 1, 2, 3, 4 Annual Charge is Kshs.10,000.00 and Hostel 5 Annual Charge is Kshs12,000.

All fees are payable through the E-citizen account. Please ensure that your full name and registration number are clearly indicated. The University will not accept
personal cheques, money orders, cash or any payment made by Mpesa Paybill.

Apart from paying fees, Students are advised to have at least Kshs. 18,000.00 per year for catering services AND at least Kshs. 9,000.00 per year for books. (NOTE: This is
not payable to the University as Fees) and can be sourced from HELB.

Kibabii University reserves the right to change Fees Structures from time to time.
