Meaning of a Project
A Project is a research assignment given to a student. It generally requires a
larger amount of effort and more independent work than that involved in a normal
essay assignment.
It requires students to find facts from the library/ internet, gather data, analyze,
and present their work in a written form.

The main objectives of making a project are :

1) To increase the knowledge and understanding of a subject
(Students do some research work ; They work in groups and share their ideas
with each other)

2) To stimulate the creativity and imagination of the students

(Students use their innovative thinking abilities, problem solving skills, 3D
painting skills, use photoshop etc.)

3) To make the students self-motivated and confident

(Project making encourages students to explore a variety of ideas and give their
own ideas and opinions.)

4) To enable students to communicate what they see, feel and think through
their project
(Students learn how to organize and express their ideas in a presentable manner)
