1. We tried to settle their case amicably here on our barangay and both parties agreed
upon the respondent to pay her debt amounting of 75, 000.00 (50,000.00 principal and
25,000.00 for interest) on January 25, 2024 but she failed to comply on the said date
she have to pay.

2. Therefore, the corresponding complaint for the dispute may now be filed in
court/government office.
