Isotretinoin is teratogenic. This means that if you are pregnant during the course of treatment or in the month after treatment, this medicine ‫مستحضر أيزوتريتينوين من المستحضرات التي تسبب تشوهات في االجنة عند استخدامه من قبل النساء الحوامل وهذا يعني‬

Isotretinoin is contraindicated in women of child-bearing potential, unless all conditions of the pregnancy

ِ ‫ربما‬ .‫أن تكون على دراية بخطورة تسببه في حدوث تشوهات خلقيه‬ You have understood the teratogenic risk. Your doctor may possibly refer you to a gynaecologist.

َّ ‫وجوب استعمال طريقتين من وسائل منع الحمل‬ .‫أن تكون على دراية بأهمية عدم الحمل‬ You have understood why you must not become pregnant. You Must use two effective birth control (Contraception)

These pregnancy tests must be done within the 3 days preceding your appointment with the doctor and preferably within the first 3
