Course Title: Crisis Management in Universities

Course Overview
Crisis Management in Universities is vital in empowering participants to navigate complex
crises in their various Universities. This programme provides a comprehensive understanding of
crisis management principles, theories, and strategies, enabling participants to develop
effective response plans, manage crisis, communicate effectively, and foster resilience. By
exploring real-life case studies and participating in simulations, participants will gain practical
experience and develop the skills needed to anticipate, mitigate and respond to various types

Aim
