 I am comfortable with Blended process which includes Chat/Email and voice. Can be 100%
calls i.e., Outbound/Inbound. Can be dual or triple chat concurrency. I can speak and

 I completely acknowledge the salary package offered to me and recognize that it is strictly

 I assure that I have a personal system and a backup system in case of any emergency, a SIM
Card and a good internet connection to ensure continuous productivity with adequate
backup facilities. My system is in a good working condition and has an operating system of

 I DO NOT have any power cut issues at my place. Even if there is any, my
training/productivity will not be impacted as I will continue to login through my phone or

LOST, DAMAGED OR OTHERWISE RENDERED UNUSABLE WHILST WORKING HOURS.

In case for any reason, if I am unable to comply to this arrangement, I will voluntarily resign from
my employment services as I understand that I will not be productive to the organization.
