1. The Training module I completed was Worker Health and Safety Awareness in 4 steps.

It helped me
understand how the Occupational Health and Safety Act works in Ontario and how employers,
supervisors, and workers are responsible for understanding their responsibilities regarding
workplace safety and awareness.
2. I prefer mentorship training as a method of training because it provides an opportunity to learn from
someone who has more experience in a specific area or field. This would open doors to career
development and leadership skills.
3. An in-person classroom instruction is more effective with interactive sessions mainly because it
allows each one of us to discuss a topic, and exchange ideas and that also helps in learning
understanding of a subject.
4. As a part of my training method, I would like to engage the audience more by using interactive
videos, discussions and organizing games to indulge more people. To explain this further here as
some key methods:
 Gamification: Turning learning into a game can make it more engaging and fun. This includes points,
leaderboards, or other game-like elements. Evidence shows that gamification can increase
motivation and engagement.
 Microlearning: This method involves breaking down information into small, manageable points. It’s
particularly effective for adult learners who often have limited time and appreciate being able to fit
learning into their busy schedules.
 Interactive Content: This could include quizzes, interactive videos, or hands-on activities. This
increases engagement and retention.
 Peer Learning: This involves employees learning from each other, for example through discussion
groups or project-based learning. It can bring different perspectives and experiences.
 Blended Learning: This combines online digital media with traditional classroom methods. It requires
the physical presence of both teacher and student which I recommend as the best method of
training.
