Finance Transformation Analyst

London, United Kingdom (Hybrid way of working)


Permanent position to start as soon as possible

As part of your duties, you will be responsible for:


 Understand the Data journey and to create transformation logics using Profiling/ETL
 Understand Data Governance and Data Quality
 Collaborate with stakeholders to capture requirements and understand existing
process
 Work on tactical solution based on the client requirement to automate any of the
manual tasks
 Perform in-depth Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and reconciliation of applications/tables
 Handle the documentation, implementation and compliance of specific data
requirements and policies

 You have solid stakeholder management and engagement skills
 You have knowledge and expertise in executing Data Quality Governance projects

Skills we consider to be essential for the role:


 Relevant experience in Excel VBA
 Background and experience in the Insurance domain
 Strong communication skills and problem-solving skills
Experience with master data management and reference data capabilities

Skills we would like to have:


 3+ years of experience in VBA/ SQL / Data Visualization (must have skill)
 Broad experience in financial services
 Added advantage if worked extensively on ETL and Data Transformation
