outstanding technical, managerial abilities and negotiation skills
horned from interacting with vendors during projects execution
make me a better fit for this role. Apart from my skills and
achievements highlighted on my CV, I have also had a certified
training on Strategic management, emotional intelligence, project
management and financial management, all in the Management
Development Program. I have successfully completed 18 cost
effective availability, safety and yield centered Kaizens.
I am currently working on the process capacity expansion project to
improve our daily production yield, in this project, I work with people
of diverse cultural origin, resolve conflicts among the project team in
time so that it does not affect the planned project duration, review
contractors and vendors bids. I have successfully completed 6
Projects within budget and timeline, one of which is the fully
automated, state of the art Caraway Africa Nigeria Limited greenfield
beverage plant that spans across 1,534m2 area of land (CAPEX)
I am skilled in this role and believe I am the best fit for this job.
