I have had the opportunity to supervise a Greenfield project of a mega plant
construction (OLAM Beverage) with the installation of all the processing, filling and
packaging machines in within the project budget and timeline. I personally
installed 2 of 5tons Babcock Watson boiler and 1 of 3 tons Thermax Boiler with
weishaupt burner for the plant and upgradation and energy utilization in installing
an economizer in use with the 200KVA gas generator set, 400TR steam energy
VAM and 200TR hot water VAM.

During this project, I have developed my time management skill as well as my

bidding skill. Recently I have taken up the duty of improving the process flow and
hence increasing the output of the various line machines. The OEE of each machine
has been upgraded to an average of 84.5% in my 5 months through the process
improvement role as against the former 79.8% OEE figure. I have a very strong
interest in learning new things and growing. I believe there is nothing difficult in
anything if I am given the opportunity to try it. I would be very available to chat on
how my skill set and experience could be of benefit to the company if I am called.
