Reflecting on my initial thoughts:

At the beginning of this section, I probably had some ideas about how physical exercise
contributes to wellness. Maybe I thought it just helps us stay in shape or look better.

New perspectives:

However, after reading and working through this section, my perspective has changed
dramatically. I now realize that physical exercise has a much more significant impact on our
overall well-being.

I have learned that regular exercise:

Strengthens our muscles and bones.

Improves our skin.

Reduces stress and improves mood.

Strengthens the immune system to prevent disease.

My opinions now:

I definitely believe that physical exercise is a fundamental part of a healthy lifestyle. Not only
does it help us look good, but it also has a positive impact on our physical and mental health.

Conclusion:

Overall, this section has opened my eyes to the importance of exercise. I am now more
motivated than ever to include physical activity in my daily rutine
