SUBJECT: Request for Issuance of Travel Order for ROP 2018-02

CLASS SIDLAKAN 5TH Year Anniversary

1. As an esteemed agency in the delivery of excellent public service to the

community, the BFP is committed in the observance of its time-honored customs and
traditions which include the celebration of batch anniversary for entry in the fire service.
This event enables the personnel to meet their batch mates and accomplish
recreational and voluntary community activities that boost the morale to do an extra mile
in the performance of their duties and functions.

2. This year, ROP 2018-02 CLASS SIDLAKAN will be celebrating its 5th year
anniversary in the fire service. The highlight of this celebration is a TREE PLANTING
ACTIVITY at Baciwa Watershed, Sitio Campuestohan, Barangay Cabatangan, Talisay
City, Negros Occidental on October 2, 2023 to October 3, 2023. In this regard, CLASS
SIDLAKAN 2018-02 respectfully request approval and issuance of travel order for the
conduct of the said activity. Hereunder is the list of Ninety-five (95) Class members of
