B Justification B
Throughout this board I attempted to follow the
theme of space. As such, I have chosen a variety
of pictures that reflect this theme. The first image
focuses on a view from Earth, however the other
images are more surreal, and focus more on
space and or astronauts. As such, I am probably
going to focus on these pictures more for my
final design. The second image of the astronauts
holding stars is one of my favourites, and I think
the accompanying quote suits this image quite
well. This will likely be one of my final designs, if
not the one final one. However, I would only have
one astronaut, probably the one on the right of
the image, as it is holding the star as compared
to hanging from it. I also really like the third
image and the accompanying quote. Once
simplified, I think this design would be what I was
originally thinking of. The quote accompanying
this design is also my favourite quote, as it isn't
as long as the other's but is also quite beautiful.
This will also be one of my final designs, and it is
quite likely that a mix of the previous two designs
will create my final, printed design. Moving on to
the next image, I do quite like this image,
especially the simplicity of the design. I also find
the irony of the specific quote chosen for that
design to be quite funny, however it is not my
favourite image. It may be a good design idea,
however I do not believe it is quite the design or

image that would work for what I want to do. I
also quite like the second image on the second
page, however I believe it is not the most practical
image to convert to a light. It is quite complex and
needs room to estabilsh the hands are holding
water. As such, I do not believe it would work for
what I want to do, as it is too complex for what I
want to do. The last image on this page is good
{Look up at the stars, not down at for background images in the design, however
your feet} I do not believe it could be a main image in the
design that I have planned. Despite this, I will

endeavour to include some of the planets and
stars in the background of my design to create
an interesting background. I am quite proud of
this collection of images and am looking forward
to finalising and laser cutting the design.

I quite like this design, however I don't like how unread-

able the font is in this specific image, and I feel it needs
a bit more character in the background, even some-
thing as simple as dots for stars. In my final image, I
will ensure to include this.
