The above assessment fees will include all our Certifier(s), traveling within Selangor and Klang Valley
area excluding government taxes.

All other areas outside of Selangor and Klang Valley are subject to a reasonable (minimum 4 star
accommodation and not more than RM80) out of pocket expenses on the Certifier(s)’ traveling
expenses excluding transportation.

For Gold and Platinum ratings, an additional specialist certifier of RM10,000 is payable excluding all
government taxes.

For 2013 registration only, a 30% discount applies to REHDA Members and 15% discount for non-
REHDA Members on the above pricelist. Non-members can take advantage of the discount and apply
for REHDA membership to enjoy the GreenRE 30% discount.
