Context:

1. ISRO launched the PSLV-C57 for the Aditya L1 mission.


2. This is the first space-based Indian observatory to study
the Sun from ISRO.
At L1, India's satellite will join four operational
probes.
Three of these belong solely to NASA:
1. WIND (1994),
2. Advanced Composition Explorer (ACE),
3. Deep Space Climate Observatory (DSCOVER) and
4. The fourth, the Solar and Heliospheric Observatory
(SOHO), is a joint NASA and the European Space Agency
(ESA).
