Dear Ms. Alaan,

I am writing about our response dated October 19, 2023, along with the attached documents, concerning
your request for copies of the minutes of the General Assembly for the years 2021-2022, including attendance
records and election results, which are signed by the Election Committee as per your request.
We wish to clarify that the management of the General Assembly and the election process was
managed/overseen by the Cooperative Development Authority (CDA) with support from the Cooperative
Development Office (CDO) of Valenzuela and the Interim AMVA Management Council (IAMC). As a reminder,
the mentioned event was conducted online as a precautionary measure in response to the ongoing COVID-19
pandemic.
To obtain the copies you are seeking, we kindly advise that you direct your request to the office of the CDA
and CDO-Valenzuela. They will be able to provide you with the necessary documents, if you require any
assistance with this, please do not hesitate to let us know.

Furthermore, we would like to reiterate that should you have any inquiries or require additional information,
you are encouraged to coordinate directly with the AMVA MPC office. A meeting has been scheduled on
November 11, 2023, at 2:00 PM. This meeting will provide you an opportunity to engage with our Board of
Directors, facilitating discussions on your concerns and queries, thus allowing for a more comprehensive
understanding of the matters at hand.
