Mid-term assignment
• Choose a company in one of the F&B (you could choose Vinamilk)
• Each group conduct a study on the CRM/Omnichanel Customer experience which focus on some key aspects (consistency,
avalablity, seamless, etc.),
• Requirements:
• Visualization the channels with customer journey per personas;
• Analyze the impact on customer satisfaction and the impact on the company business around those above mentioned aspects;
• Analyse the rootcause (if any), and your recommendations to improve;
• You could use the secondary data with clear reference/data source.

• Presentation:
• Report in PPT format is a Must with the main body (7-8 slides) to present/deliver key contents. Appendices are required for reference and data sources, etc.
• Each team will have sharply up to 10 mins to present.

• Grading requirements.
• Contents (logic, clear, sufficiency): 70%
• Presentation (you could choose English or Vietnamese); 30%.
• The datasheet to show team member roles and contribution need to be attached when you submit the ppt.
Final assignment
• Choose a company in Vietnam market, it is better the same as the chosen one in your mid-term assignment;
• Each group conduct a analysis on the company performance, which focus on its usual business operation
• Visualization of the supply chain of the company using SCOR model (focus on source, make, deliver);
• Collect the financial statements of the company, analyze the performance of the company during period of at least 03 years;
• Define the factors (positive and negative) impact on the supply chain and performance of its business;
• Come – up with the recommendations and solutions.
Your team strategic ideas for the company for the next 05 years are highly recommended as the output of your team work assignment.

• Presentation:

• Grading requirements.
• Contents (logic, clear, sufficiency): 60%
• Presentation (you could choose English or Vietnamese); 40%.
• The datasheet to show team member roles and contribution need to be attached when you submit the ppt of the assignment.
