Qs (Term and Conditions)

Q.1 I heard the buyer needs an Identity Card to buy the ticket? Do you need my IC ?
For security reasons we don’t ask for the customer's IC. We will use our team IC to buy the
ticket then we will give you power of attorney to pass the ticket to you. We also used the same
method at Ed Sheeran's last concert in Jakarta.

Q.2 How high is the probability that I will get a ticket?

We can never guarantee 100% that you will get a ticket. The chance to get the ticket depends
on supply and demand. If the level of capacity is bigger than the level of demand it will be easy, but if
the level of capacity is smaller than the level of demand it will be hard.

Q.3 What if I can’t get the section (category) that I want?

There’s 2 options: First, you can change the category. Second, you can get a full refund of
your payment 100%. We will try our best to get the ticket for you.

Q.4 How much is the ticket?

There is a price list on the seat plan poster, please check it out.

Q.5 How much is the service fee?

The feee start from $35 SGD / IDR 350,000 / ₩30,000 for local concert like Java Jazz in
Jakarta or Music Bank in Seoul. For Korean concert like iKON, EXO, TWICE the fee start from $55
SGD / IDR 550,000 / ₩50,000. For Western artist concert like Shawn Mendes, Ed Sheeran the fee
start from $ 75SGD / IDR 750,000 / ₩70,000.

Q.6 How much is the exact service fee?

We will tell you the fixed price when we managed to get the ticket.
The service fee depends on 4 things:
1. Ticket Section, the smaller ticket section will be harder to get the ticket.
2. Queue Number, the smaller Queue Number the more expensive it will be.
3. Payment method, prepaid or installment.
4. The level of difficulty to get the ticket, the higher the difficulty of getting
tickets the more expensive the service fee.

Q.7 How much is the most expensive service fee?

The most expensive ticket service fee in 2019:
1. BTS - Love Yourself The Final Concert in Seoul: ₩300,00 - ₩600,000
2. BTS - Love Yourself World Tour in Singapore : $200 - $500
3. EXO - EXplOration Tour in Jakarta: IDR 750,000 - IDR 2,000,000

Once again, it depends on the Ticket Section, Queue Number, Payment method and the level
of difficulty to get the ticket.
Q.8 Can I choose the section (category) and the seat number?
Yes, you can choose the section that you want and for the seat number, the one who pays
first will get the smaller number.

Q.9 What if the ticket got cancelled by The Promoter (official)? Can I get a refund?
Yes, we can help you to get a refund from The Promotor and you will get 100% refund from
Ticket Price + Tax + Admin Fee.

Q.10 What if I am unable to attend the concert due to personal reasons but I already paid for the
ticket? Can I get a refund?
If the ticket has been bought, it’s not refundable. But don’t worry, we can help you to find
other customers who are willing to buy your ticket and then we refund your payment.

Q.11 How long does it take to get a refund?

Usually the refund process will take 48 hours (sometimes it will be faster than 48 hours), the
maximum process is 5 working days. If the one who cancels the ticket is The Promoter, the refund
process will be dependent on The Promoter, it usually take 7-14 days.

Q.12 When do I have to make full payment? What if I’ve transferred the Down Payment for the
installment but I change my mind, can I change to full payment instead? Can I transfer the rest,
now?
Once we successfully get the ticket, we will ask you which payment method is comfortable
for you and you can do full payment when we confirm your ticket is available. For now, if you already
transferred the Down Payment only but you want to choose the full payment method please tell your
Ticket Assistant as soon as possible, you don’t need to pay the rest now, all you need to do is tell
your Ticket Assistant and our team will put you on the priority list.

13. How long is the period given for the installment method?
For the installment method you can pay it 3 times, the amount of it is up to you as long as the
payment is fully paid in 3 months.

14. When will the ticket be passed to the customers?

We will pass the ticket once we get the e-ticket. If the ticket needs to be redeemed into a
physical ticket or wristband we will help you to redeem it and then we will pass the ticket to the
customers.

16. In case you don’t agree with this T&C please let us know before the official ticketing starts, you
are still able to cancel and get a full refund of your payment. Do not hesitate to ask your Ticket
Assistant if you have any questions.
17. These F.A.Qs (T&C) are for our customers only. Copying, re-creating and sharing this F.A.Qs
(T&C) to non customers is prohibited.
