Q.1 I heard the buyer needs an Identity Card to buy the ticket? Do you need my IC ?
For security reasons we don’t ask for the customer's IC. We will use our team IC to buy the
ticket then we will give you power of attorney to pass the ticket to you. We also used the same
method at Ed Sheeran's last concert in Jakarta.
Once again, it depends on the Ticket Section, Queue Number, Payment method and the level
of difficulty to get the ticket.
Q.8 Can I choose the section (category) and the seat number?
Yes, you can choose the section that you want and for the seat number, the one who pays
first will get the smaller number.
Q.9 What if the ticket got cancelled by The Promoter (official)? Can I get a refund?
Yes, we can help you to get a refund from The Promotor and you will get 100% refund from
Ticket Price + Tax + Admin Fee.
Q.10 What if I am unable to attend the concert due to personal reasons but I already paid for the
ticket? Can I get a refund?
If the ticket has been bought, it’s not refundable. But don’t worry, we can help you to find
other customers who are willing to buy your ticket and then we refund your payment.
Q.12 When do I have to make full payment? What if I’ve transferred the Down Payment for the
installment but I change my mind, can I change to full payment instead? Can I transfer the rest,
now?
Once we successfully get the ticket, we will ask you which payment method is comfortable
for you and you can do full payment when we confirm your ticket is available. For now, if you already
transferred the Down Payment only but you want to choose the full payment method please tell your
Ticket Assistant as soon as possible, you don’t need to pay the rest now, all you need to do is tell
your Ticket Assistant and our team will put you on the priority list.
13. How long is the period given for the installment method?
For the installment method you can pay it 3 times, the amount of it is up to you as long as the
payment is fully paid in 3 months.

16. In case you don’t agree with this T&C please let us know before the official ticketing starts, you
are still able to cancel and get a full refund of your payment. Do not hesitate to ask your Ticket
Assistant if you have any questions.
17. These F.A.Qs (T&C) are for our customers only. Copying, re-creating and sharing this F.A.Qs
(T&C) to non customers is prohibited.
