 METHOD OF WORK & Inspection Test Plan

A. Methode Of Work

1. Preparatory work
1. Make sure that the point that will be connected with the grounding rod is in accordance with the
Shop Drawing that is approved.
2. Make sure the grunding knitting tool and Gunpowder are complete
3. Lighter available
4. gloves and complete personal protective equipment

2. Grounding Connection Procedure

1. Make sure there are no wet components in advance
2. Connect the grounding rod with the cable using a connecting aid and fill it with gunpowder.
3. Cover the area around the object to be welded with wood or other material to prevent a fire.
4. Burn the gunpowder tip with a Flame lighter
5. After Burning, open the connecting tool and make sure the grounding rod and cable are fused

B Inspection Test Plan

1. Test Flow:

 Run water along with plastic balls to ensure water flows to its destination
2. IMMERSION TEST
The purpose of the "Soak Test" is to find out if there is a leak in the PVC pipe.Fill the pipe with
water until it is full.and hold it at each end with a PVC pipe cover.waterproof for up to
approximately 2 hours and check each connection to make sure there is no leakage of the pipe.
3. Pressure test
Fill the pipe with water Close all pipe connections tightly.the end of the pipe is installed nipple
in the valve to provide a pressure of approximately 3- 4 bar
