General advice Immediate medical attention is required. In case of accident or unwellness, seek medical
advice immediately (show directions for use or safety data sheet if possible).
Eye contact Immediately flush with plenty of water. After initial flushing, remove any contact lenses and
continue flushing for at least 15 minutes. Keep eye wide open while rinsing. Call a physician
immediately.
Skin Contact Wash off immediately with soap and plenty of water while removing all contaminated

Inhalation Move victim to fresh air. If breathing has stopped, give artificial respiration. Get medical
attention immediately. Avoid direct contact with skin. Use barrier to give mouth-to-mouth
resuscitation.
Ingestion Do NOT induce vomiting. Call a physician or poison control center immediately. Never give
anything by mouth to an unconscious person. Drink plenty of water.
Suitable Extinguishing Media Dry chemical, CO2, water spray or alcohol-resistant foam. Water spray, fog or
alcohol-resistant foam. Move containers from fire area if you can do it without risk. Dike fire
control water for later disposal; do not scatter the material. Use water spray or fog; do not
use straight streams.
Unsuitable Extinguishing Media CAUTION: All these products have a very low flash point. Use of water spray when fighting
fire may be inefficient
Specific hazards arising from the Vapors may form explosive mixtures with air. Vapors may travel to source of ignition and
chemical flash back. Most vapors are heavier than air. They will spread along ground and collect in
low or confined areas (sewers, basements, tanks). Vapor explosion hazard indoors,
outdoors or in sewers. Those substances designated with a "P" may polymerize explosively
when heated or involved in a fire. Runoff to sewer may create fire or explosion hazard.
Flammable.
Protective equipment and As in any fire, wear self-contained breathing apparatus pressure-demand, MSHA/NIOSH
precautions for firefighters (approved or equivalent) and full protective gear.
Personal precautions ELIMINATE all ignition sources (no smoking, flares, sparks or flames in immediate area).
Evacuate personnel to safe areas. Ensure adequate ventilation, especially in confined
areas. All equipment used when handling the product must be grounded. Do not touch or
walk through spilled material. Use personal protective equipment as required.
Other Information Water spray may reduce vapor; but may not prevent ignition in closed spaces.
Environmental precautions Prevent entry into waterways, sewers, basements or confined areas. Prevent further
leakage or spillage if safe to do so. See Section 12 for additional ecological information.
Methods for containment A vapor suppressing foam may be used to reduce vapors. Dike far ahead of liquid spill for
later disposal. Absorb with earth, sand or other non-combustible material and transfer to
containers for later disposal.
Methods for cleaning up Dam up. Soak up with inert absorbent material (e.g. sand, silica gel, acid binder, universal
binder, sawdust). Use clean non-sparking tools to collect absorbed material. Pick up and
transfer to properly labeled containers.

motors and static electricity). Keep container tightly closed. Ensure adequate ventilation,
especially in confined areas.
Advice on safe handling Ensure adequate ventilation, especially in confined areas. Keep away from heat, sparks,
flame and other sources of ignition (i.e., pilot lights, electric motors and static electricity).
Take precautionary measures against static discharges. Use spark-proof tools and
explosion-proof equipment. All equipment used when handling the product must be
grounded. Avoid contact with skin, eyes or clothing. Do not eat, drink or smoke when using
this product.
Storage Store in accordance with local regulations. Use appropriate containment to avoid
environmental contamination.
Storage Conditions Keep tightly closed in a dry and cool place. Keep in properly labeled containers. Keep away
from heat, sparks, flame and other sources of ignition (i.e., pilot lights, electric motors and
static electricity).
