Dear Sir.

We are writing your good office to formally lodge a complaint against PB Arkinson C. Fianza regarding his
refusal to sign our cleartances and withholding of our leave credit benefits.

A dialogue transpired in your office two weeks ago pertaining to his refusal to sign the clearances of the
undersigned persons. The clearance was already signed by the barangay treasurer and to our knowledge
we have no more obligations to settle in the barangay. T o date, PB Fianza still has not signed our
clearances for reasons we truly do not comprehend.

Furthermore, it has come to our attention that we were not included in the release of the leave credit
benefits due us. This clearly is a violation of our rights and abuse of authority of PB Fianza, as we have
the right to avail of the same as we have served the barangay.

We are asking your good office for another dialogue the soonest possible time, if not we will be
constrained to bring this matter to the office of the DILG and the Sangguniang Panglungsod.
