Second: Spotify Premium offer terms and conditions:

Spotify free subscription Terms and Conditions

- Spotify is offering free subscription (“Offer”) period for 3 months to Samsung users in the
Arab Republic of Egypt who have never redeemed or subscribed in Spotify offer before.
Spotify will come preloaded on Samsung devices in the Galaxy and Tab families. Offer is
available for all devices prescribed in this T&C.

- The Offer must be redeemed within the offer period 1 July 2022 until 31 May 2023

- A valid form of payment is required at the sign-up, but the participant will not be charged
until the Offer Period expires.

- At the end of the Offer period, the participant will be automatically charged the standard
subscription price, where a valid form of payment is required at the sign-up phase.

- The participant can cancel the trial at no charge at any time before the Offer Period expires.

- The Offer requires a Google account in order to redeem the free trial.

Offer Redemption Steps

In order to redeem the Offer and enjoy the free access, the Participant must proceed as follows:

 General Terms

1. This offer is valid starting 1 July 2022 till 31 May 2023 or quantity lasts, taking into
consideration redemption dates as specified herein above.

2. This offer is valid for Samsung Mobile devices sold in Egypt with local warranty.

3. In case of returning Galaxy S21 FE, customer should return all accessories and gifts
with the same condition it was received on otherwise the gift value shall be
subtracted from the price.

4. The customer shall receive the product on his/her responsibility, considering that
Samsung shall not be liable for any kind of loss and/or damage may affect the
customer which may arise or related to the related Terms & Conditions.

5. The customer/participant understand that Samsung shall not be liable to participant

for any loss and/or damages of any kind whatsoever, that participant may suffer
from, or which may arise out of the participation in this Offer or for any other reason
whatsoever.

6. Customer is responsible to receive the granted offers and Samsung will not be liable
to any loss which might occur as a result of any of the offers.

7. Samsung, its subsidiaries, sister companies, distributors shall not be

liable/responsible under any circumstances to fulfill any purchase order in the event
of issuing sovereign decision or applying any amendments in the laws or regulation
which may affect importing the products will be purchased by Samsung.

8. Samsung will be entitled at its sole and absolute discretion to terminate or modify
the Promotion or to modify, vary, delete or add to any of these Terms and Conditions
at any time and without reason.

9. By participating in this promotion, the customer accepts that any dispute of whatever
nature which is directly or indirectly related to these Terms and Conditions or to the
participation in this promotion, shall be governed by the laws of the country of
purchase within the Territory, and shall be resolved by the competent courts in the
Arab Republic of Egypt.
