Dear Friend,

District 2160 Belgium invites you, if you are certified, to send one boy or one girl from your
country or district to his annual holiday tour.

“CELEBRATE BELGIUM”

DATE : from Saturday 6 ( at 6,30 p.m. in HUY ) to Wednesday 17 of July 2024

ARRIVAL : - BRUSSELS Airport (BRU) or BRUSSELS SOUTH Charleroi Airport (CRL).

Then, shuttles will be organized by Rotarians from the airports to Huy.
- by train at Huy Station.

PROGRAM : Rotary clubs of Huy, Huy-Rondia, Andenne and Durbuy and Rotaract Vallée
Mosane will organize a lot of visits (Brussels, Bruges, Liège, …), sports , visits
and fun…
Housing with Rotary families .
Full accommodation will be provided by district 2160 Belgium.
A detailed program will be sent to the participants.

AGE : 17 – 19 years old.

REGISTRATION FEE : 250 €, payable after acceptance of the file and before April 15

LANGUAGE : Good knowledge of English !

INSURANCE : All participants must be insured against illness, accident and third party damages
according to Rotary International recommendations.
Proof of insurance must be sent after acceptance and be presented upon arrival.
CLOSING DATE: No application will be accepted after May 10, 2024 !
A lot of invitation is being sent out. The number of participants is
however limited to the first 16 registered. Acceptance will be made in
order of entry of the completed Application Form. ( AF )
