Terms & Condition

1. Gross premium includes the premium for Digit Health Plus Policy, Go Digit Two Wheeler (OD+TP), Go Digit Four Wheeler (OD Premium), Go Digit: Shopkeeper, ICICI
Lombard Hospicash, ICICI Lombard Hospicash (attachment with savings account), ICICI Lombard Two Wheeler Policy (OD Premium), ICICI Lombard Four wheeler policy (OD
Premium), ICICI Lombard Dengue & Malaria, ICICI Lombard Group Safeguard Policy (attachment with remittance), ICICI Lombard Personal Accident, Digit Total Protect
Policy with Shubh Savings Account, Pradhan Mantri Suraksha Bima Yojana (PMSBY) and Pradhan Mantri Jeevan Jyoti Bima Yojana (PMJJBY) including tax.
2. The marketing fees are applicable for policies sourced from 1st April to 30th April 2024.
3. The marketing fees will be paid in May 2024 for non-POS merchants. Commissions related to POS merchants shall be paid as per conditions mentioned in points 6 and 7 of
Terms and Conditions.
4. Policies purchased by merchant for self shall also be considered for calculations.
5. Only in-force policies will be considered during calculation of the marketing fees
6. Flat Instant commission shall be applicable only for successfully registered POS merchants with Fino Payments Bank upon successful transaction and is applicable for Go
Digit Health, Go Digit Shopkeeper, ICICI Lombard Hospicash, ICICI Lombard Personal Accident, ICICI Lombard Group Safeguard, ICICI Lombard Dengue and Malaria, PMSBY
and PMJJBY policies. This instant commission is applicable only for the new business /renewal of the mentioned policies and is not applicable for offline policies
7. Commission for Go Digit Two wheeler, Go Digit Four Wheeler, Go Digit Total Protect (PA with Shubh), ICICI Lombard Two wheeler, ICICI Lombard Four Wheeler and ICICI
Lombard Hospicash (attachment with Savings Account) shall be applicable only for successfully registered POS merchants with Fino Payments Bank and shall be paid out
on T+1 business working day, with T being the date of policy issuance (Policy PDF generation). This is also subjected to the correct merchant code being entered at the
time of policy login and completion of payment and pre-inspection, if applicable, for motor policies.
8. In case of four wheeler policies of Go Digit and ICICI Lombard, if the previous policy was sourced for the same insurer (renewal case) by an agent outside Fino, then such
cases shall not be considered. Eg. If previous car policy was of Go Digit by an agent and customer wants to continue with Go Digit, then such cases shall not be considered
for calculations.
9. In case of cancellation/withdrawal within and outside the free-look period, the instant commission will be reversed in the next applicable payout cycle
10. Fino reserves all rights to make any changes to the terms and conditions at any time
