PERIOD TIME MEAL NOTES
Wake up Splash cold water into eyes

Add rock salt + cumin
Pre- 7:00 - 7:30 powder. (Five days a

Breakfast Stewed apple/stewed peaches Take a vessel add some

water and add fruits in it ,
let it cook for 2 mins and
then consume it.
Rava (upma/ Idli / Dosa / Appe) Daily one cup ginger tea
Poha with veggies without milk.
Moong dal chilla with veggies
Oats chilla with veggies + chutney
Khakhra with moong dal
Channa sattu drink
Mid-Meal 11:30 - 12:00
Vegetable salad (1cup)
Lentil/beans/pluses + cooked vegetables Add Jeera & hing in daal
paneer (20gm)+ barley roti & Butter milk
Bajra pulao+butter milk Avoid urad daal

Lunch vegetable Parval,moringa,

Once a week- roasted peas, roasted channa,
roasted makhanas (small quantity), home-
made rice based chakli, etc.

5:00 - 5:30 Fresh fruits like musk melon, water melon, Avoid Pineapple, Sweet
Snack
PM guava, small banana, orange,kiwi, guava, lime, Dragon Fruit,
plum, pears, jamun, Chinese plum etc. Custard Apple,
(Any One)
Herbal ginger tea- lemon grass/chamomile

Handful of groundnut
Sauted Veggies with herbs and spices +
Lauki soup
Daliya with veggies + Lauki soup
Bajara chilla with veggies + Tomato soup
7:00 - :30 Oats upma, rice upma
Dinner
PM
Soups with a base lentils, oats + veg tikkis/
cutlets or Moringa leaves soup
2 jau chapati + green moong dal soup +
Fruity veggies.
1/2 glass milk+1cup water+ Makhana
Night 9:00 PM powder (1spoon).
After dinner, walk for a short while. Before
bed, wash hands & feet, brush teeth, splash
water into eyes. Apply balaswagandha oil
in your feet, palms, & ears & Sit
Night 9:30 comfortably and meditate for 5 mins/or
Routine PM focus on your breathing and think positive.
Leave the phone in the living room before
you sleep :-) Spiced milk - incase you get
hungry or when you are not having a sound
sleep.

Sleep for 8 hours, preferably on the left
