Crew e-wallet

For the crew e-wallet solution, we will charge UNITEAM a single wire payment fee of $12 (exclusive of
correspondent banking fees) (“Wire Payment”) for the first transaction into the seafarer’s local bank
account. Any correspondent banking fees will be deducted from UNITEAM ‘s currency balance, by the
15th working day of the following month.

The fees shown in Table 2 below indicate the fees applicable in connection with the use of the e-wallet
and prepaid card, which will be payable by the seafarer.
