Attention Customer, In order to maintain a high quality process and high quality personnel we have instituted a €15.00 per Repair order
handling fee. This will appear at the bottom of your quote and order as 'Package and Handling: €15.00 '. This is a one time per order
charge, regardless of quantity of items. All quotes and orders will include the €15.00 handling fee so that you can make the appropriate
decision before buying from us and to assure that there are no surprises with your invoice. Please make the proper arrangements with
your company to include the €15.00 into your total cost for the items you are repairing as it is not reversible.
In today’s environment we incur surcharges for incoming and outgoing freight carriers for cost of fuel, materials and expedited services
used to maintain the fastest possible delivery to you. We are absorbing the majority of the fees however we now need to pass a small
portion on to our customers in order to maintain a responsible business model. Please understand to maintain the delivery and quality
repair process we often need to use expedited carriers to bring in the necessary parts to complete your repair, and as a result we incur
massive incoming freight charges. The repair process requires extremely expensive custom packaging material such as chemicals,
containers, plastic film and specialized machinery for the maximum safety of your repair order. We appreciate your business and will
continue to work hard and dedicated ourselves to making your experience with us the best we can.

The Radwell Repair Process


1) Receiving Your Repair: Your repair is received, digitally photographed and bar-coded.

2) Repair Evaluation: Lead technicians evaluate your repair.

3) Repair Quoted: "We quote you one of the following within 2 days. (2 days reflect 8am - 5pm " & GMT & " Mon-Fri )" &
"A) CAN be repaired or calibrated - Await your approval & payment terms.
B) CAN NOT be repaired or calibrated - Unit returned or scrapped at Radwell free of charge."

4) Awaiting Your Approval: Radwell International, Inc. will wait for up to 180 calendar days for approval.

5) Repair Approved: Repair Approved and payment terms accepted.

6) Priority Repair Time


Standard Repair 5-20 Days
Rush Repair Priority 24-48 Hour Rush Repair @ 20% of repair charge or €200.00 which ever is greater.

7) Repairs Shipped: Unit returned to customer. Securely package repairs with free work report.
