It has been decided to stop the foreign exchange service at resorts and it is no longer possible to exchange foreign currencies into local currencies at any
of our resorts.
However you can still pay in authorized currencies at the reception to settle your account.

Please be advised that the minimum legal drinking age in Malaysia now 21 years old. This was effective Dec 1st 2017.

SUSTAINABILITY FEE
Please note that a Sustainability Fee of RM3.00 per room per night will be collected upon check-in at the resort. This fee has been imposed by the
Malaysian State of Pahang to all hotel residents effective 01 Janurary 2022, in accordance with Hotel (PAHANG) Regulations 2021

CHECK IN / CHECK OUT TIMES

Customers arriving with their own flight/transport:
- Check in time and room availability: From 3 p.m. onwards
- In case of arrival before 3 p.m.: Full access of the resort including access to the pool, bar, restaurant and resort facilities at an extra charge and subject
to availability.
- On departure day, room check out will be before 10 a.m., with departure from resort by 3 p.m.
- Room late check out after 10 a.m. is at an extra charge and subject to availability.
Customers arriving with flight/ferry and transport booked with Club Med:
- Check in time and room availability: Check in is upon arrival at resort and room will be allocated as soon as possible subject to availability - On
departure day, room check out will be before 10 a.m., with departure from resort according to your flight schedule.
- Room late check out after 10 a.m. is at an extra charge and subject to availability.

LIMITED MOBILE COVERAGE

Mobile coverage may be limited in Club Med Cherating as we are situated in a quiet and peaceful location, away from the city. Call transfers can be made
through our Reception, if required. Wifi is available through out the resort.

Sustainability Fee -

Please note that drones are prohibited at Club Med resorts located in France, Tunisia, Morocco, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Maldives and Japan.
Drones may be confiscated by authorities upon arrival in resort.

In the interest of health and safety, the admission for children 4 months to 23 months at Baby Club and for children 2 and 3 years old at Petit Club is
possible as long as the child does not show any flu like symptoms or any other related contagious health concerns Children with health concerns will be
asked to visit the nurse - infirmary of the Resort (where available) before they will be permitted to join the kids club program.
