Working on assigned tickets with minimal help. Comes with good Adjudicaiton
knowledge.
One of the top contributors in closing the tickets. Identified multiple RCA's for
BO tickets which helped in reducing tickets inflow especially for Baptist.
Flexible, ready to take ownership. Guide junior team members. Comes with
Adjudication SME knowledge. Conducts regular check-ins with BO team to fix
their issues on time which avoided lot of member abrasion.

Rana Pratap has very good listeninng skills and also fast learner. He was
succesfully able to pick the analysis tickets and close the same without any
delay.
Need to be more proactive in handling tickets. Close tickets well with in SLA
timelines. Start guiding junior team members in RX area and bring them upto
speed. Become SME in RX area. Can start working on Adjudication analysis
tickets too. Gain functional/Technical certification.
Swathi is great resource for adjudication team, she is handling most of the RX
tickets independently on her own and guiding the other folks who are working
on RX team. Received multiple appreciations from Business and Elevance
leadership. SME in RX area.
Tejaswini was able work on reports without any issues but she need to improve
on the analysis part. Need to be little more proactive in completing things.
Suresh is good resource for the team. Mostly he will be working independently
on his tickets and will be helping juniors whenever asked to. He needs to work
on his communication skill, mail writing skill when communicating with
business and show more proactiveness towards work.
Able to handle analysis ticket effectively. Can handle Reports and RX related
issues on own.
Venkanna was able to handle the tickets without any issues. He handled
multiple flavors of tickets and also involved in code fix. He was succesfully able
to coordinate with all other parties when we implemented offcycle changes for
one of the escalated issue. One of the top contributors in BO tickets area.
Proactive and flexible ready to take ownership.
Gopi is yet to learn things, need to work actively on the assigned tickets.
